What I am also observing whilst being on this journey is that I’ve become way more sensitive with all my senses. I hear more, I see more, I feel more. I’d even say I smell and taste more.
For me, body, mind and soul are interconnected with each other and I cannot see these three areas of my life separately. For that reason I love the quote by Iyengar, which expresses the connection of body, mind and soul and how this creates the symphony of your life.
Awake to the knowing that a successful body gives you energy and lightness.
