When you are about to embark on a new journey, significant effort is required to get going. You need a high level of energy to get started, but once you are going, you need way less effort and energy to keep up the level of speed. However, to get to a point of ease, you need to build momentum first.
I’m sure we all struggle with judgment every single day. That’s okay. However, let’s make an effort all together to show more love, openness and compassion to the people surrounding us and to ourselves! We won’t be able to change our behaviour within one day, but how about taking the first step?
When you understand that love is within you always, once you’ve filled up your love tank and when you are kind to yourself always, then you will just feel so full of love that your heart will have no other chance but dance!
